KAPTO AI has been selected as part of the “Data-Driven Innovation: Chambers of Commerce and Startups Together for a Digital Italy” initiative, launched by Unioncamere and InfoCamere in collaboration with The Doers Company.
The program focuses on improving internal processes and data management across the Italian Chamber system, with an emphasis on automation and more effective use of existing information.
KAPTO AI was chosen among nearly 100 companies and startups to contribute to this effort.
As part of the initiative, we will work together with Unioncamere, InfoCamere, and the Chambers of Commerce to define and implement use cases that focus on two areas:
- improving the efficiency and speed of internal administrative processes,
- and increasing the quality and consistency of managed data.
Public administration environments are often characterized by document-heavy workflows, manual processing, and fragmented information. These factors impact both operational efficiency and service delivery.
The goal of the program is to address these challenges through practical, scalable solutions.
Based on our experience across insurance, banking, manufacturing, and logistics, the expected outcomes include:
- reduced processing time and administrative cost,
- more consistent handling of information and workflows,
- improved accessibility of services for businesses and citizens,
- strong control over data and compliance requirements.
KAPTO’s selection marks a step forward in the ongoing digitalization of public administration, with a focus on improving how processes are executed in practice.
