Our project, CL“AI”M – Process Reengineering through Integrated Proprietary AI, brings our vision into practice: turning intelligence into action across insurance claims management.
Reengineering insurance claims processes
Claims operations bring together emails, attachments, documents and information from different systems. Each incoming item needs to be understood in context and translated into the right next step.
CL“AI”M combines proprietary AI with process orchestration to transform manual, document-intensive workflows into intelligent, end-to-end automated processes. Interpretation, validation and execution become part of the same operational flow.
This reflects KAPTO’s approach to content- and context-driven operations: using AI to understand incoming information and turn it into structured actions within enterprise systems.
