Why KAPTO?

A couple of good motivations to start using KAPTO.

Organisations sit on an increasing volume of semi-structured & unstructured data from different sources. A relevant part of such information is, inevitably, still the base of business-to-business and client-to-business processes.

It is not a data flow. It is a daily data tsunami!

The Zettabytes of created, captured, and consumed data that fuels some of the company's most vital business processes are silently stealing hundreds if not thousands of working hours of your workforce. It's essential to notice that the amount of information does not only correlates to business expansion. On the contrary, it grows "per-se" or, in other words, almost unrelated to revenues.

We must focus on an almost obvious point: we need something to revamp the productivity-positive cycle, and this is for at least two excellent and straightforward reasons.

The first Reason

The constantly increasing amount of information at the base of essential business processes forces humans to be the "intelligent agent" obliged to convert that sparse information into "actionable information". This trend, supported by human activities, is hardly sustainable long term and cannot uphold the increasing mass of information that fuels vital business processes as human intelligence is scarce, not scalable and costly.

The second Reason

After years and years of Activity Based Costing, Business Process Reengineering, Lean and Agile approaches, Value Mapping, Informatization, and Digitalization, it seems we have hit a plateau of improvements. Even small incremental productivity achievements nowadays require considerable effort, complex solutions, and high-end integration.

And here it is, KAPTO!

We have built a product that exploits the most advanced AI technologies offered in different fields to replicate all the ways humans "understand" document contents.

KAPTO encompasses all human skills required to process sparse, semi-structured or structured information usually contained in the document, whether email, scanned paper, chatbot conversation, or other sources. In our view, extracting data is not enough. KAPTO recognises the information, sorts, categorises and performs abstract concept matching while mitigating any friction it may generate.

KAPTO give you more time to spend with the customer, higher efficiency and productivity, and reduced costs.
