No Standard is the New Standard

Why do I ask my customer to write a complaint form instead of asking for a speech-to-text file? How can I take relevant information from the Call Centre scripts?

How often do our buyers need to read pages and pages of documents to see if there is some missing/mistake in them? How often do people check the qualification documents before accepting a new supplier?  

These are different cases of the same issue. It is impossible to digitalize high variability inputs with traditional and deterministic tools.
