1. Access the Documents Loader of the Wizard Model Creation interface.

2. In the Inbox email address field enter the email address ending with "@kapto.io." This autogenerated email inbox is linked to your account and will be used for importing documents.

3. Enable the Ignore email body checkbox to disregard the content of the email body during processing, it means that the body of the email is not considered as a document to be analysed by KAPTO .

4. If you wish to retain a copy of the original email, untouched for further exhibition later on, select the Save the original email checkbox.

5. To combine multiple attachments into a single file, check the Merge Attachments checkbox. This latter functionality is usually used when the same content is splitted in different attachments and you want to aggregate it in order for a Categorization and Split Out model to recognize and split properly.

Set up SFTP Account login

In addition to the dedicated mailbox option, KAPTO also offers the ability to log in using the SFTP. This option lets you easily upload your documents to the KAPTO AI Engine for processing. The SFTP login is quick and straightforward, allowing you to use KAPTO immediately. Whether you prefer the dedicated mailbox or SFTP, KAPTO offers flexible and secure options for document ingestion, so you can choose the one that best fits your business needs.

1. Enter the SFTP client User Name: Each user must have a unique identifier. Create a custom username that distinguishes the user. Keep in mind the uniqueness and recognizability of the username.

2. Set up SFTP Password: Instead of relying on regular password authentication, it is recommended to use key-based authentication with SFTP Gateway. This method offers a higher level of security compared to password-based authentication.

Document Loader API
