KAPTO tags can be customized with a name, usage, and color, and can also include a brief description of what the tag represents. By creating and using KAPTO tags, users can improve their workflow efficiency and better manage their digital content.
1. Navigate to Dashboard > Tags.
2. Click the New Tag button.
3. Define Tag name attribute.
4. Choose tag Usage using the following as filtering tags: document, page, table, row/column, and form.
5. Choose a tag Colour.
6. Click the Next button.
7. Add Tag Description to include a brief description of what the tag represents, as this can help make it easier to locate specific documents in the future.
8. Click the Create button.
9. Your new tag is complete! You can now view and filter documents by tags.
