User Roles in KAPTO

In KAPTO, user permissions are assigned based on their user role. There are three types of user roles:

1. Administrator: The first user role is the Administrator, who serves as the primary gatekeeper of KAPTO. The Administrator can create new users, assign permissions, and control access to KAPTO models. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and privacy of data within the platform.

2. Manager: They are responsible for overseeing the AI models, adding or removing models, managing schema configurations, and performing related tasks without any restrictions.

3. Proofreader: They have limited access, with only read-only permissions. If necessary, the Administrator can grant them additional access.

View the List of KAPTO Model Access Users

Administrators can view a list of all users accessing the KAPTO models by going to the Models section and finding the Members category. This information is essential for ensuring the security and integrity of the models and keeping track of any changes or views. This way, the administrators can ensure that only authorised users can access the KAPTO models.   

Steps to access the list of users with access to KAPTO models: 

1. Navigate to the Models section. 

2. Open the KAPTO model. 

3. Within the Models section, locate the Members tab. 

4. You can view the list of users who have access to KAPTO models. This will show you who has been granted permission to interact with the models and what level of access they have been given. 

By following these steps, you can easily access the list of users with access to KAPTO models, giving you a clear picture of user permission.
